The Sturdy Sheep Footbath is ideal for use for the treatment and control of foot rot and scald on sheep. The strong plastic container allows the treatment solution to stay in contact with the hoof for the amount of time necessary to kill the bacteria without in turn causing damage to the hoof.
The Sheep Footbath is designed with large ribs on the base to prevent slipping and to ensure that sheep hooves are opened to receive maximum benefit of the footbath. This footbath is made from recycled UV stabilised medium density polyethylene that will ensure a long life expectancy. A series of footbaths can be coupled together to facilitate the construction of a race. These footbaths weigh 7kg when empty which make them easy to carry and move. The Sheep Footbath is available in black as standard.
