Parcels up to 25kg (within Republic of Ireland)     €5.00

Standard pallets (within Republic of Ireland)         €60.00

Parcels are sent via GLS, Fastway or An Post.
Once an item has been collected by our delivery agent, it will take 2-4 working days for your items to arrive. 

You should inspect your delivery carefully upon receipt to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.



We hope that you like your new purchase from, however if for any reason, you are unhappy, you can return it to us. 

When you purchase online you have a statutory right to return unopened goods (other than perishable or customised) up to 14 days after receiving the order. This is the “cooling off period”, as outlined in EU Directive on Distance Selling.

You may open your purchase for inspection but it must not be used and must be repackaged securely in the original packaging if you wish to return it. If we discover goods have been used or there has been a loss in value of the goods due to damage, while in your care or whilst being returned to us, we may reduce the amount refunded, which may amount to the full cost of the product, to cover loss of value of goods.

If returning an item we recommend using proof of delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost while in transit to us.  The cost of returning any product, and any associated packaging etc. is the buyer’s responsibility. All returns must include all original boxes, manuals and packaging etc. Please include your purchase receipt so that we know who returned it.

If your goods are faulty or damaged on receipt, please contact us preferably by email at or you can phone 074 91 45145 to report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Be sure to include your name, contact number, order reference and details of items you wish to return, and the reason for return. We may also need photographic evidence if the items are damaged. We may request additional details, and we may need you to return the items to us. Any returned goods will be inspected. If the product(s) is found to be faulty/damaged, you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange (subject to stock availability).

Once the goods have been returned to us and fully inspected to ensure that they are in saleable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
