As mounting activity occurs, the Breeding Indicator’s silver and black ink will rub away, revealing the patch’s bright fluorescent colour. This is what you should watch for, as it’s a sign the cow is entering oestrus. The more ink that’s rubbed off, the more the animal is expressing oestrus.
When activated, the precision-designed Breeding Bullseye™ indicates when cows are in optimal oestrus to be bred. Third-party research has shown when the Breeding Bullseye™ — or equivalent amount — is rubbed off, confirmed pregnancy rates can increase by up to three times!
